Complete Student Support Services.
Your own Admissions Counselor will help you get started.
To get your online education heading in the right direction right from the start,
we assign you your own Admissions Counselor. He or she will guide you through the entire
application process, and answer all your questions about the program, courses,
forms, fees, transfer of credits, and credits awarded for work experience.
Once we receive your fees, the Admissions Counselor will process your application, ship
your Online Learning Software, help you order textbooks and course materials, and make sure
you find your way into your class. You can register for all your courses over the phone,
or you can sign up via the Internet – no waiting in line required. Textbooks can be ordered
the same way and shipped directly to your home or office.
We can help you coordinate your finances.
You will also be assigned your own financial advisor to acquaint you with the various
financial options available and help you choose the plan best suited to your needs. The
financial advisor is your contact for assistance with any financial matter, including any
student loans, grants or outside funding you may be using.
Look to us for continued guidance.
After your first class, an academic counselor will replace your Admissions Counselor to guide
you through the rest of your program. They can map out your entire degree program and
provide you with a schedule indicating which classes you need to take and in
what order, including the exact date of your graduation. The academic counselor
will check in with you periodically to make sure you’re comfortably on track.
You can also contact your counselor at any time with problems or questions
regarding any University matter, including classes, instructors, attendance or
grades.
